Don't ignore the Urge
With UTI, frequent bathroom trips can be annoying, but every time you urinate (even only if a few drops) can help flush the bacteria out of your system.

This will help prevent fecal bacteria spread to the bladder
Avoid irritating feminine productsAvoid feminine products such as douches, powders and deodorant sprays as they can irritate the urethra.
